Cultivating over many generations within a traditional Italian family originating from a small place in Italy called Sicily.
We are delighted to share with you and bring all the skills and tradition of rich Italian tasty food, that we hope everyone will enjoy and love.
We don't take ourselves to serious and like to have a relaxed, fun atmosphere with our authentic domestic pizza ovens and Izzo coffee machine imported from Italy.
Most of Our Suppliers are from Italy.
Our food is made fresh and meant to be eaten socially which is why we have decided to serve our food from a food trailer so people will come together and enjoy our food whilst socialising.
Pinsa was created as a lighter and healthier alternative to pizza, but with characteristics that made it equally good and tasty. It is this improvement that has made it successful, and it has skyrocketed in the last 10 years due to an increasing interest in healthy, wellness-oriented eating.
At the same time, the first pinserie were born, at first only in central Italy (where pinsa was born), then throughout the peninsula, Europe and, finally, the world. Pinseria is a venue that meets the new consumer needs and, therefore, has innovation in its DNA.
Objective
Our objective at Pinseria is to provide fresh, vibrant, tasty ingredients around a relaxed environment based on traditional Italian methods.
Provide a highly professional, quality, clean and fresh experience for every customer.
Finally the environmental impact is important to us and as a result we use the minimal amount of plastic which is why we don't sell any plastic bottles and where possible we use environmentally friendly options throughout our entire operation.
