Pinseria is run entirely by an Italian family with strong background and ties to Italian food. All members have worked in catering and food throughout there life. You can meet the team here
If you do not like the way we have cooked your food or you want to make a change, we will make this right providing you have not eaten any of the food provided.
Providing we have availability, we can usually deliver for any event with 3 days notice but if you need an urgent support and coverage due to for example someone letting you down or change of circumstances then please get in touch ASAP and we will see what we can do for you. We have delivered for clients with as little as 24 hours notice before now but please check events@pinseriafood.co.uk
Unfortunately we don't offer a refund on deposits. The main reason is that we have to block the day out when an event is booked which then restricts anyone else booking and we can't offered to operate this way as an effective business. If your circumstances do change though please do get in touch to discuss.
Yes we do change our menu in line with the seasons throughout the year, i.e. hot desserts in Winter and Ice Cream in the summer. If for an event you are looking for some items we don't currently offer then please speak to us to see what we can do, events@pinseriafood.co.uk
The food trailer is based in Bury, Manchester and can travel within a 30 mile radius. If a request is made further afield additional fees and charges will apply but please contact us to discuss your requirements and receive a quote, events@pinseriafood.co.uk
For events we are usually able to operate upto 11pm depending on the land owner. For lunch pop ups we usually provide services from 10.30am until 2.30pm, for dinner services we provide services from 4.30pm to 7.30pm. Times can vary depending on the demand and requirement.
Yes we offer loyalty coffee cards that can be collected from any of the Pinseria team and for each coffee purchased you receive a stamp. After so many you receive any free coffee.

No there isn't. If this is provided in advance we can cater for 100 people or 1000+ people. We would need to know the numbers in order that we can staff and stock up enough ingredients.
Yes, for all wedding bookings and corporate bookings we are more than happy to provide a taster and sample to a couple of people in order that we can get everything for your occasion absolutely right.
This is not something we need to do or look to do, we like to think we are providing added value to any occasion or event we are booked for. We are more than happy to discuss providing staff at any event with complementary food otherwise we won't pay a pitch fee or hosting fee. The reason for this we believe, it will put pressure on the team and business to sell as much food as quickly as possible without the quality, service or care in order to breakeven. In addition it allows us to keep our pricing stable.
